给料机由可回转的圆盘、导料套筒和刮板等部分组成。料仓内的物料通过导料套筒堆积在镶有耐磨衬板的圆盘上,圆盘转动,物料被刮板刮出给料。调节刮板位置或导料套筒的高低可改变给料量。圆盘直径一般在3米以下,转速不超过10转/分。圆盘给料机运转平稳可靠,调节给料量较方便,耗能少,但结构比较笨重,适用于粘性较小的粉粒状物料。
